What will it look like working together?

What you can expect from me is to approach your goals and plans for growth with the same intensity as I bring to my own life. I will bring a deep level of empathy, understanding, accountability and professionalism. Personal Growth is a perpetual personal journey and as we work together I will continue to also learn and grow to better collaborate and show up as your coach and partner in this endeavor.

This will be our initial kick-off meeting to  share an hour to sit down and have a conversation with the ultimate goal of determine if it’s a good fit to work together. We will also discuss your long-term and short-term goals as well as familiarity with the methodologies or any questions you might have.

We will identify a plan and timeline to compile and review your Self-Dossier mapping. We will also review each methodology and suggested reading materials to supplement each. This is the crux of building your personal framework to roadmap your path forward for personal growth.

This will be where we start to dive deep into working together by reviewing all of your results compiled in your Self-Dossier. I will answer any questions you might have as we begin to identify the overlap and integration of each in the different areas of your life. We will also start to outline and identify using this framework early opportunities to start to optimize your processes. Remember the true power is found in the action you derive from the awareness.

These will be regularly scheduled sessions to explore and build action plans for the goals and growth you wish to achieve. They will be a mix of exploration, mental exercises, accountability check-ins and adapting the action plans created.

Part of the purpose of these sessions is also to have a safe space to take risks with creative plans and move through reflection that is an integral part of personal growth. Based on frequency and each individuals goals they could also include homework or readings to prepare for the following session.

Personal Growth can often feel like a lonely road, especially due to the nature if it often taking time and grit. These impromptu check-ins can be to celebrate a big win or leap, but also hold space to celebrate and be grateful for learnings. Losses or failures happen in life and it’s not effective to try and gloss them over with positivity, but we can work together to recognize the takeaways that might lead us forward with greater gratitude and resilience.
